These terms are a legal agreement between you and Shashank Pednekar ("we", "us", the seller), the seller of the AI Business Kit (the "Product"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to these terms.

The AI Business Kit is a digital download containing business ideas, blueprints, prompts, workflows, and related educational materials. It is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we do not guarantee any income or business results. Your outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes calculated by Paddle.

Upon completed payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or sublicense the Product or your download link, in whole or in part.

You must not misuse the Product or this website. In particular, you must not:

• use the Product or site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• infringe intellectual property rights, including by republishing the kit's content as your own product;
• interfere with the security or operation of the site (malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing access controls);
• share or sell your personal download link.

We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Product, the website, and our branding. Purchasing the Product does not transfer any ownership to you.

Please see our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle; when a refund is issued, your download access is revoked.

We aim to keep the Product and download links available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Product after changes means you accept the updated terms.
