How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also reach out to us directly and we'll help you with the request.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is issued, your personal download link is deactivated and access to the kit files ends. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
